Check Your Aid

Follow the steps below to check the status of your financial aid once you have submitted your FAFSA or VASA application. Processing time is typically 3 to 5 business days.

Check To Do List & Message Center

  1. Log in to your MyPVCC Student Account here: https://pv.my.vccs.edu/
  2. Click Student Information System (SIS).
  3. Select Action Items & Messages.
  4. Your To Do List and Message Center can be seen by clicking on each item on the left column.
    • Items in your To Do List must be completed before your financial aid award can be finalized.
    • Important communication from the Financial Aid Office will appear in your Message Center
    • Contact the Financial Aid Office for any questions regarding your To Do List or Message Center items.

Check Financial Aid

  1. Follow steps 1 - 2 above.
  2. Select Financial Aid.
    1. Select the aid year by clicking the Change button in the top left corner.
    2. Click Pending Financial Aid to see your award.
      • Make sure to click the button on this page to see your aid based on your enrollment.
      • Note that your account will show a due balance under Tuition & Payments even if you have financial aid. The aid will automatically be applied to your tuition partway through the semester.
