Recreational and Outdoor Sports
Sports such as basketball, tennis, kickball, and volleyball are organized through the Coordinator of Student Activities and Campus Engagement. If interested in starting a recreational team please reach out to the Coordinator of Student Activities and Campus Engagement. PVCC has a basketball court, four tennis courts including a practice wall, a multipurpose athletic field and a cross-country trail for hiking and jogging around the scenic campus. The College also has a disc golf course. The course is located on two sides of the Main Campus. The first five holes are located near the Dickinson Building and travels through the nature trail. The last four holes are located behind the Main Building (starts near the East Patio and ends near the North side entrance).
Information about team sports activities is posted on the Student Activity bulletin boards in the Bolick Student Center and outside the Fitness Room, room M179, in the Main Building.
