PVCC Main Campus
The scenic Piedmont Virginia Community College main campus is located at 501 College Drive, Charlottesville, in Albemarle County, Virginia. Thousands of students enroll at this location each semester, as they work toward their degree or train to upskill in their jobs or careers. Students must have a permit to park on the main campus. The Main Building houses the administrative offices, the Business, Technologies and Mathematics Division office, Math, Writing and Testing Centers, Cashier's Office, Bookstore, Department of Public Safety & Campus Police, Betty Sue Jessup Library, Main Event Space, Fitness Center, Auditorium, classrooms and labs. The Technology Wing of the Main Building is home for the Human Resources Office, Computer Lab, Technology Services, the Frank Friedman Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence, classrooms and the W. A. Pace Board Room.
The Woodrow W. Bolick Advanced Technology and Student Success Center (The Bolick Center), houses the offices of Student Affairs, including: Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, Outreach, Accessibility and Accommodations, Veterans support and other student resource services. In addition to administrative offices, The Center includes advanced manufacturing, robotics, cybersecurity and forensics labs, instructional spaces, The Panther Grill & Deli, and student meeting spaces. The Bolick Center is named in honor of Woodrow W. Bolick, a founding PVCC College Board member. Bolicks daughter, Cynthia Stultz and her husband Jim Stultz carry on his commitment to supporting education, PVCC students and the community as a whole.
The V. Earl Dickinson Building houses the Humanities, Fine Arts and Social Sciences Division office, classrooms, the Dickinson Theatre, Maxwell Theatre (Black Box), art galleries, a lakeside amphitheater and the PVCC Box Office. Tennis courts and playing fields are nearby. The building is named for V. Earl Dickinson, Sr., who dedicated his life to public service, avidly supported education and represented the 56th District (Central Virginia) in the Virginia House of Delegates for 30 years.
The Theodore E. and Patt Hart Keats Science Building houses the Health and Life Sciences Division office, classrooms and labs. The building name honors PVCC Alumna Dr. Patt Hart Keats for her donation that creates scholarships for students enrolled in the Radiography Associate of Applied Science Degree program. The gift also honors her late husband Dr. Theodore E. Keats.
The Workforce Development Division offices and classrooms are located in the Stultz Center for Business and Career Development. The building name honors local citizens Jim and Cynthia Stultz for their support of education and generous donation to PVCC.
