The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is the largest leadership honor society in the United States. NSLS aims to put the power of leadership in your hands, helping students achieve personal growth, career success, and empowering students on there lifelong journey for success. Our NSLS chapter at Piedmont Virginia Community College was started in 2021. Our local chapter is part of the national organization with 700+ chapters and over 1.5 million members. Some benefits include:

All clubs and organizations are open to all full- and part-time PVCC students with the exception of the National Society of Leadership and Success and Phi Theta Kappa, which are both by invitation based on GPA.

This organization has members who are Piedmont Virginia Community College students and may have College employees associated with or engaged in its activities and affairs. These individuals are not spokespersons for the College but rather express their personal views.
