Park Properties

Our company worked with PVCC Workforce Development to facilitate our annual Active Shooter Training. This proved to be a great solution as the PVCC team assisted in all facets of the training from preparing the trainer, registration and organizing food and beverage service.  Partnering with PVCC Workforce Development allowed us to provide over 90 employees with 8 hours of in-person training that helped them prepare for the possibility of an active shooter situation.  Our trainer was knowledgeable and provided us with tools to use to should we ever be in an active shooter situation. Most importantly, he took a very serious and life-threatening matter and presented in a such a way that we were comfortable with tools provided. We will certainly use PVCC Workforce Development for future company training opportunities.
