The Role of the Title IX Coordinator
- The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the prompt, fair and impartial investigation and resolution of Title IX complaints.
- There is no time limit in reporting a Title IX complaint; however, complainants should report violations of the policy in a timely manner to maximize the college’s ability to respond effectively.
- The Title IX Coordinator is assisted by a Title IX committee composed of the Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services, the Vice President of Instruction and Student Services, the Dean of Student Services, and the Chief of Police.
Students or Prospective Students
Students or prospective students who believe they have witnessed or experienced discriminatory conditions or discriminatory acts inclusive of sexual misconduct, sexual violence, sexual harassment, or inaccessible conditions, should present their concerns to either of the following:
