Meditation Club
Looking for a moment of calm in the middle of your week? The PVCC Meditation Club is a welcoming space for students, faculty, and staff to explore mindfulness, guided meditation, and simple breathing techniques that support relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.
All levels are welcome—whether you're completely new to meditation or already have a practice. Each session includes a brief conversation, meditation, and time for reflection or discussion. No experience necessary—just bring an open heart and a curious mind. Come as you are, and leave feeling more peaceful and present.
All clubs and organizations are open to all full- and part-time PVCC students with the exception of the National Society of Leadership and Success and Phi Theta Kappa, which are both by invitation based on GPA.
This organization has members who are Piedmont Virginia Community College students and may have College employees associated with or engaged in its activities and affairs. These individuals are not spokespersons for the College but rather express their personal views.
