Staff Senate
The purpose of the PVCC Staff Senate is to:
- Provide a communication link between support staff, faculty and administrators.
- Provide an avenue whereby the support staff can elect representatives to serve on college committees.
- Provide a sponsor for professional development activities as well as educational and social functions.
Membership
Membership is comprised of all full-time, part-time and hourly support staff, except student employees. This includes classified staff and administrative faculty members. The organization provides a forum whereby members of Staff Senate have a voice in working conditions, school policies, professional development and other matters affecting staff.
Meetings
Meetings are held on a monthly basis on the second Wednesday of the month at 2 p.m. Notifications will be sent prior to each meeting. Please join us!
