PVCC to Hold Education and Resource Fair November 10

Charlottesville, Va. – November 4, 2022 – Piedmont Virginia Community College (PVCC) is holding an Education and Resource Fair, November 10, from 5-7:00 p.m., at the Bolick Student Center on the main campus. This free event is open to the public and provides an excellent way for current and prospective students to meet with faculty and program leaders, student services team members, and representatives from four-year transfer agreement universities. 

Anyone considering enrolling at PVCC in the spring 2023 semester or those who want to know more about earning a degree, certificate or gaining skills for the workplace, will benefit from attending. 

The Education and Resource Fair provides a great way to explore programs of study and education paths for jobs and careers. Participating programs include: Accounting, Business, Culinary Arts, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Engineering, Health Information Management, Mathematics, Medical Administrative Support Assistant, Medical Laboratory Technician, Radiography and Advanced Medical Imaging, Nursing, and Workforce Services Thomas Jefferson Adult Career Education, Health Sciences, KidsCollege and Skilled Trades. 

Representatives from James Madison, Mary Baldwin and Old Dominion Universities and the University of Virginia will be on site to discuss transferring from PVCC to their respective institutions.
