PVCC to Hold Getting Started Information Sessions for Prospective Students

Charlottesville, Va. – July 29, 2022 – Piedmont Virginia Community College (PVCC) announces the lineup for its August and September “Getting Started” information sessions. Prospective students can select from in-person sessions that include a campus tour, virtual sessions or offerings in Nelson and Louisa counties. 

Getting Started information sessions are scheduled for:

•    Wednesday, August 3, 4-5:30 p.m., at PVCC with a tour. 
•    Wednesday, August 10,  4-5:30 p.m., at PVCC with a tour.
•    Thursday, August 11, 4-5 p.m., at the Nelson Memorial Library in Lovingston, Va.
•    Tuesday, August 16, 6-7 p.m., via Zoom.

•    September 7, 4-5:30 p.m., at PVCC with a tour.
•    September 8, 6-7 p.m., via Zoom.
•    September 14, 4-5:30 p.m., at PVCC with a tour.
•    September 22, 5-6 p.m., at the Louisa County Library in Mineral, Va.

Prospective students can learn about programs of study, student services and resources, how to apply to PVCC and financial aid and tuition assistance options. Fall classes begin August 22.
