“This summer, COVID-19 gave us the unexpected opportunity to experiment with KidsCollege online, and the experiment was a success. We met our goals of delivering high-quality programs that encouraged student-to-student interaction. Some bonuses included that kids could learn and work in teams with friends who live out of state. Plus, participants learned that only one person can talk at a time in an online class. With the new online fall KidsCollege, we hope to give kids much needed social interaction in a relaxed and fun learning environment,” shared Dean of Workforce Services Valerie Palamountain.
