PVCC Sets Virtual Veterans Education and Transition Services Information Sessions

Charlottesville, Va. – June 3, 2020 – Piedmont Virginia Community College (PVCC) virtual Veterans Education and Transition Services (VETS) information sessions are set for June, July and August 2020. The information sessions are designed for new military students interested in using VA Educational Benefits at PVCC.

During the free virtual sessions, attendees will receive assistance with the application process for admissions and VA educational benefits. Important information about military exceptions for residency requirements, financial aid, career services, disability services and credit for prior learning will also be covered.

The information sessions will be held via Zoom on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., on the following dates June - August:

  • June 17
  • July 15
  • August 19
  • June 24
  • July 22
  • August 26
