PVCC 36th Annual Job Fair and Clothing Pop-Up Shop - canceled
Piedmont Virginia Community College (PVCC) will host its thirty-sixth annual community job fair on March 25 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., at the main campus in Charlottesville. Free parking will be available at the Stultz Center and a shuttle bus will bring attendees to the main building. The fair will include a free clothing pop-up shop, located in the Student Financial Resource Center, also in the main building.
Students, alumni and community members will have the opportunity to meet over sixty employers from diverse industries, including: healthcare, police science/criminal justice, technology, recreation, education, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, human services, accounting, media, property management, landscaping, skilled trades and more. Open positions with the organizations range from full-time to part-time and seasonal/internships.
The pop-up clothing shop, open March 16-25 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., will offer free interview and work clothing. Students and community members may select clothing through March 25.
Job fair attendees are encouraged to dress professionally, bring résumés and come ready to network.
