Piedmont Virginia Community College Pottery Club Announces Annual Sale
The Piedmont Virginia Community College Pottery Club will hold its “Annual Pottery Club Sale” on Saturday, December 7, 2019, from 9 a.m. until noon. The sale will take place in the commons area of the V. Earl Dickinson Building, located at the south end of 501 College Drive on PVCC’s main campus in Charlottesville.
This popular event will offer for purchase hundreds of handmade mugs, bowls, vases, plates, casseroles, pitchers and works of art created by both student and advanced potters. Items will be added to the sale throughout the morning, all priced between $5 and $75. Sales will be cash or personal check only.
Proceeds from the sale will provide funds for the Pottery Club to sponsor workshops by visiting master potters. The club is open to all full- and part-time PVCC students who wish to develop their skills in working with clay.
