PVCC hosts comedienne/ventriloquist Lynn Trefzger

Piedmont Virginia Community College will open its 2019-20 Fine Arts and Performance season with a performance by comedienne/ventriloquist Lynn Trefzger on Friday, Aug. 30, at 7:30 p.m. The show will take place in the Main Stage Theatre in the V. Earl Dickinson Building on PVCC’s Main Campus in Charlottesville.
Trefzger’s performances introduce the audience to her trunk of humorous characters, including a drunken but loveable camel, a grumpy old man and a feisty little girl. She is known for her spontaneous jokes, vocal illusion talents and playful interactions with audience members.
Trefzger and her many voices were first brought to national audiences on TV's Star Search, and since then she has performed on TNN, VH-1, Lifetime and Comedy Central. She is featured in I'm No Dummy, a comedy/documentary film about the art of ventriloquism.
Ticket prices are $15 for adults and $12 for seniors and students.
