2018 Graduation Highlights
This year, PVCC graduated its largest class to date--1,016 students, all of whom earned at least one degree, certificate, or career studies certificate for the 2017-18 academic year. Some students earned more than one degree, which resulted in PVCC awarding 1,362 degrees, certificates, and career studies certificates this academic year.
PVCC's 2018 graduates are from the following locales:
- 39% from Albemarle County
- 2% from Buckingham County
- 12% from Charlottesville
- 14% from Fluvanna County
- 9% from Greene County
- 6% from Louisa County
- 3% from Nelson County
- 15% from outside PVCC’s service region
In addition, 1% were age 17 or younger; 35% were age 18-21; 19% were age 22-24; 27% were age 25-34; and 18% were age 35 or older.
