Piedmont Virginia Community College will hold a series of information sessions for its culinary arts program in November and December. Attendance is required at one of the sessions for any new student interested in pursuing an associate of applied science in culinary arts beginning with the spring 2018 semester.
Information sessions will discuss class descriptions, success tips, student materials and supplies and class registration. Attendees will tour PVCC’s culinary teaching facilities and meet Eric Breckoff, associate professor of culinary arts. All sessions will be held at PVCC’s Jefferson School Center, located at 233 Fourth Street NW in Charlottesville.

• Saturday, Nov. 18, at 10 a.m. and noon
• Tuesday, Nov. 28, at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
• Saturday, Dec. 2, at 10 a.m. and noon
• Tuesday, Dec. 5, at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
• Friday, Dec. 8, at 10 a.m. and noon
• Thursday, Dec. 14, at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
