PVCC Dance Presents Annual Fall Concert

Charlottesville, VA - Piedmont Virginia Community College's dance program presents its annual fall concert with works choreographed and performed by students and faculty on Dec. 7 and 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the Main Stage Theatre in the V. Earl Dickinson Building. Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for seniors and students.

PVCC's growing dance program is reflected in the diversity of styles performed in the concert. Hip-hop, modern dance, line dancing, ballet and more are on the program. It is produced by PVCC dance faculty Anne Megibow and Julia Vessey. Stefanie McClung is guest lighting designer; costume design is by the dancers and choreographers.

Tickets are available by calling the PVCC Box Office at 434.961.5376 and charging them to a VISA or MasterCard, or by purchasing them at Greenberry's Coffee (Barracks Road Shopping Center), Sidetracks, the University of Virginia Arts Box Office and the PVCC Cashier's Office during normal business hours. Tickets can also be purchased at the PVCC Box Office window up to two hours before the performance.

The Dickinson Building is located at the south end of College Drive, and ample, free parking is located in front of the building. The Main Stage Theatre offers comfortable and spacious seating and is wheelchair accessible.
