Louisa joined the Network2Work @PVCC staff right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and has not looked back.
Louisa has an extensive customer service background and enjoys working with people. She is enthusiastic and looking forward to assisting job seekers with enrollment in N2W and providing support services to our entire team. She is fluent in Spanish. In her free time, Louisa enjoys watching her children play basketball and assisting with the PTO at their school.
Dawn Greco | Career Coach | firstname.lastname@example.org
Dawn assists with enrolling job seekers into our network and ensuring that they are making progress toward their training and employment goals. She also assists with organizational processes, data collection, and administrative tasks.
Dawn graduated from Duke University and the College of William and Mary School of Law. She spent her early career as an employment and occupational safety and health attorney and in-house counsel for a trade association in Northern Virginia. Since relocating to Charlottesville, she has experience with several non-profits and a bio-tech start-up. In her free time, Dawn enjoys running, reading, and traveling.

Monica is a native of Charlottesville and holds a Masters degree in Social Work and is currently working on her LCSW.
She has worked with adults and children who have had various mental health issues. She has also worked as a reentry social worker at a women’s prison. Having been raised by a single mother in Charlottesville, Monica knows how tough it can be in the world. She loves the idea of giving back to her community through her position at Network2Work @PVCC. Her role as the Life and Career Coach enables her to be somewhat creative while tying in her mental health background to further empower and equip Job-Seekers with the tools they need to reach self-sufficiency. The idea of helping people realize their potential through identifying areas of improvement, while empowering them to achieve their overall goal (stable employment), is something that speaks to both Monica's heart, and her mind and spirit. She believes having stable employment, with good financial management, can be life changing. Monica wants to see others have the chance to reach their full potential through accessing good paying jobs, supportive resources and personal development techniques.
In her free time, Monica enjoys working out and competing in a sport called Strongwoman. Currently, she is ranked number two in the nation for a heavyweight amateur women in this sport. Monica enjoys traveling to Ohio to see her niece, and traveling to other states to feed her more adventurous side. She considers herself an avid learner, enjoying educational and informative podcasts and audio-books; “Ear Hustle” being her current favorite podcast.

Jessica lives in the Shenandoah Valley and considers herself an optimistic extrovert. She enjoys working with people, and she especially enjoys seeing others define and find their own success. She worked for a nonprofit for seven years and then in human resources for a year. After completing her BS in human services, Jessica realized she wanted to be working where she felt she could be of assistance to others. The position of Life and Career Coach/ Advisor for Single Parents seemed to be a great fit as Jessica has experience both as an adult learner and as a single parent. She is excited to assist the program’s job seekers and help them discover a path that is sustainable and one that they are proud of.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running, hiking, biking, reading, and traveling. She feels at home in the mountains and is a dog fanatic.
Victoria Maxey | Provider Network Coordinator | email@example.com
Victoria started as an Enrollment Specialist with PVCC Workforce Services, made a smooth transition as the Administrative Assistant and finally landed in her current role as Provider Network Coordinator with Network2Work @PVCC.
She is born and raised in Buckingham County, Virginia and her entire work history has involved her striving for exceptional customer service.
She has a strong desire to help others, which makes the position she holds in the program a great fit. She and her husband have four beautiful children, whom they truly adore.
Ridge Schuyler | Dean, Community Self-Sufficiency Programs | firstname.lastname@example.org
Ridge serves as dean of Piedmont Virginia Community College’s two Community Self-Sufficiency Programs (Network2Work @PVCC and TJACE @PVCC) which utilize multiple resources in our community to identify and support people being left behind in our economy, and provides the training and supports they need to find quality employment in our community.
He graduated from the University of Michigan and the University of Virginia School of Law. Ridge spent 10 years on Capitol Hill serving as chief of staff to U.S. Congressman Rick Boucher and chief policy Advisor to U.S. Senator Charles S. Robb of Virginia. In 2011, Ridge published the Orange Dot Report which analyzed the economic struggles facing a considerable portion of Charlottesville’s families and suggested solutions. Ridge founded and directs the Charlottesville Works Initiative, a partnership between the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce and Piedmont Virginia Community College, to implement those solutions.
Frank Squillace | Director | email@example.com
Frank serves as the Director of Network2Work @PVCC. In addition to managing the program, his focus is on encouraging local employers to offer quality employment to the network of job seekers in central Virginia.
He graduated from Saint Bonaventure University and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Frank has over 37 years of administrative experience in various positions. He has specialized in operations, relationship-building and customer service. He was instrumental in establishing several of the programs, services and networking at Martha Jefferson Hospital, the Church of the Incarnation and the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, all in Charlottesville. Frank is originally from Syracuse, New York and enjoys spending time with his wife Jane, his two children and four step-children, reading, sports and playing cello in his rock band, 180.

Abby is a VCU graduate with her B.S in Mass Communications with a focus on Creative Advertising. She previously worked on the Marketing and Media Relations team right here at PVCC. She is very passionate about what Network2Work does and loves coming up with new and creative ways to share our mission with the community. Abby found herself in content creation when she realized she wanted to make impressionable connections with those around her and advocate for positive brands and programs that make a difference in the world. She says one of the most rewarding parts of working with N2W is getting to put Job Seekers success stories out there for others to see. In her free time, Abby enjoys all things basketball and staying active. She loves watching her favorite reality and cooking shows, and playing Animal Crossing.

Alicia is a graduate of Old Dominion University, with her B.S. in Human Services, and is currently working on her MSW at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Alicia has a passion for helping people! No matter who that person is, she is always ready to help. After working alongside the child welfare system, she is more than eager to continue her desire of helping people as the new Enrollment Specialist, where she will ensure that a pathway is made for anyone who seeks a job with Network2Work @PVCC. Watching and helping others excel is one of the most rewarding feelings for Alicia because caring for other’s success and happiness, brings her happiness. In her free time, she loves taking care of her baby nephew, reading her favorite books, practicing self-care (i.e. journaling, yoga, exercise), and safely spending time with friends.
