Johnson Goes Above and Beyond

Congratulations to the March recipient of the Above and Beyond the Call of Duty (ABCD) Award, Jasmine Johnson. The Awards Committee selected Johnson in recognition of her outstanding leadership in strengthening workforce development and community service. Her creation of innovative, first-of-their kind CT and MRI courses has expanded opportunities for students and enhanced the college’s offerings. In addition, she implemented developmental exams and review sessions that have significantly improved student preparedness and confidence for certification. Johnson’s coordination of exams, scoring and detailed performance analysis-along with her contributions to the development of Workforce Development courses-demonstrates initiative and vision well beyond standard expectations. Her work supports continuous improvement in student outcomes and program quality while setting a high standard for adjunct faculty contributions. Through her innovation, collaboration and commitment to excellence, she has made a meaningful and lasting impact on the college community.
