Don’t miss the opportunity to explore programs in the health sciences field at PVCC! Gain insight into course requirements, becoming a student and career opportunities in the industry and region.

Network with health sciences program faculty and PVCC Workforce Services administration and gain insight into the health sciences field.

Meet with representatives from UVA Health and Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital!

The expo is open to the public. High school students and anyone interested in a career in health sciences should attend.

ACTIVITIES: PRESENTATIONS:
  • Discover highlights of professions in each field.
  • 6–6:15 p.m. | Surgical Technology
  • Explore programs of study and pathways to admissions.
  • 6:15–6:30 p.m. | Practical Nursing
  • Meet health sciences program faculty.
  • 6:30–6:45 p.m. | Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Meet with program administrators from PVCC Workforce Services and representatives from UVA Health and Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital.
  • 6:45–7 p.m. | Pharmacy Technician
 
  • 7–7:15 p.m. | Radiography/Advanced Imaging
 
  • 7:15–7:30 p.m. | Emergency Medical Services
 
  • 7:30–7:45 p.m. | Nursing
