The V. Earl Dickinson Building is available to the general public for rent at competitive commercial rates and discounted not-for-profit rates to qualifying organizations.

With its high-resolution digital VCR and DVD projector for multi-media presentations, this state-of-the-art 500-seat theatre is ideal for large conferences, company or association meetings.
Maxwell Theatre (Black Box)
If you like the acoustics and set-up of a theatre but are looking for a smaller space, then consider the more intimate Black Box Theatre. This space exudes a more casual environment and can comfortably seat up to 60 people.
Classrooms are perfect for breakout sessions and the Dickinson Building has three available for rent. The classrooms come with projection equipment and seat 30 people classroom-style.
The Lakeside Amphitheatre provides a beautiful setting for outdoor activities. Ideal for an informal summer program, this 750+ seat mixture of lawn and stone-step amphitheatre has an inspiring view of the three-acre swan lake.
Reception and Common Areas
The Dickinson Building's rectangular, 15' x 90' hall with floor-to-ceiling glass walls is flanked by an outdoor patio balcony and offers a spectacular view of the amphitheatre and lake.
