Exercises

The 51st commencement exercises are set for Monday, May 13, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at the John Paul Jones Arena.

The College will honor students who have earned an associate degree, graduates of adult learning programs offered by TJACE@PVCC and students who have earned credentials through PVCC Workforce Services.

Pinnings and Additional Ceremonies

PVCC celebrated graduates from Albemarle County Public Schools in the Early College Scholars program on May 1, and will also hold the following special ceremonies:

  • Early College Scholars Ceremony: Monday, May 6, at 6:30 p.m. – William Monroe High School in Greene County, Virginia
  • Radiography, Sonography and Surgical Technology Pinning Ceremony: Monday, May 13, at 9 a.m. – John Paul Jones Arena 
  • Nursing Pinning Ceremony: Monday, May 13, at 1 p.m. – John Paul Jones Arena
