PVCC Annual Student Art Exhibition (2020)
WELCOME TO THE ANNUAL STUDENT EXHIBITION
Every year we look forward to showing off the work of our fabulous students. They are hardworking, talented and very serious about making meaningful and well-crafted art. During this time of serious health concerns and the need to isolate, we decided to create an on-line version of the exhibition. We were confident that the exhibit would successfully showcase our indomitable students…and we were right! Despite the challenges they faced in this difficult time, our students produced a powerful body of work. This was an epic effort, aided by the art and design faculty, Fenella Belle and John Kingsley. Professor Kingsley created the website, which was no small feat. Needless to say, we could not have done this without him.
Our stellar faculty plays an important role in our student’s development and accomplishments. Our faculty prods, encourages and supports our students from the first day of class to the last. This semester has been especially difficult for faculty and students alike. Clearly, they all brilliantly rose to the occasion.
