PVCC employees with Power BI Pro licenses can access the reports below by logging into their PVCC Microsoft account. Daily Enrollment Report
A dynamic dashboard showing the next semester's FTE, headcount, and application yield, as well as characteristics of students that will be attending PVCC. In addition, it also summarizes the College's current capacity at the division and course level.

A report showing characteristics of students broken out by various categories, which include demographics, Pell status, and degree type.
High School Market Share
A report of previous high school graduates that enrolled at PVCC in the Fall term. Report includes high schools in PVCC's service region: Albemarle County, Buckingham County, Charlottesville City, Fluvanna County, Greene County, Louisa County, and Nelson County.
