PVCC is proud to announce the participation of Associate Professor of Geology Callan Bentley in the inaugural expedition for the STEMSEAS program designed expressly for community college faculty. 

Congratulations to the October 2023 recipient of the Above and Beyond the Call of Duty (ABCD) Award, Riley Doherty. The Awards Committee selected Doherty because in the past three months he has been doing three jobs at once, working as a new Outreach & Admissions Coach, a Workforce Trainer, and as a Workforce Services Center Coach.

Inaugural recipients of the Nicklous Pendleton Memorial Scholarship Fund have been named. Students Morgan Gregory, Alysonne Harris and Katelynn Jones received their scholarships this fall. The Fund is named for Pendleton, a 2021 graduate of Louisa County High School who later enrolled at PVCC where he was pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
