To help you meet educational expenses during the fall and spring semesters, PVCC offers a convenient and affordable payment plan administered by NELNET. This payment program is not available for classes taken during the summer semester. This is not a loan program, so you incur no debt. There are no interest or finance charges, only a modest enrollment fee and there are no credit checks.
