Log onto MyPVCC (the Student Information System) with your user name and password. From there you can pay tuition and fees with a VISA or MasterCard.

In Person
You may pay in person with cash, check, money order, or a Visa or MasterCard at the Cashier's Office in the Main Building near the North entrance during regular business hours. Please call the Cashier's Office at 434.961.5213 for the hours of operation. Checks or money orders must be made payable to PVCC for the exact amount due, and make sure to include your PVCC EMPlID for accurate processing of your payment. The total amount due may be found on MyPVCC in Student Center under Finances.

Payment by phone is not available.

If Your Classes are Paid by Employers or Others
Your employer or other party must provide a written letter of authorization to PVCC's Cashier's Office prior to the tuition payment deadline. Authorization is required for each semester. The letter may be hand-delivered to the Cashier's Office, faxed to the attention of the Cashier's Office at 434.961.6554, or mailed to:
