Tim Kaine campaign for Governor

434.295.1405 		The Tim Kaine campaign for Governor presents a great opportunity to get involved in the political process at the local level. Lieutenant Governor Tim Kaine has worked with Governor Warner on responsible budget reform, and now he is running for Governor to keep Virginia moving forward. The local campaign is seeking interns to help get the Democratic ticket elected on November 8th. Duties will include direct voter contact (phone calls and door-to-door), doing visibility at U.Va. football games and other events, staffing events with the candidates, and much more. Come join us as we help elect Tim Kaine our next Governor!
Young Democrats of America (YDA)

434.295.1405 		The Young Democrats of America (YDA) has been the official youth arm of the Democratic Party since 1932. Open to anyone under the age of 36 who affiliates with the Democratic Party, YDA is a nationwide grassroots organization with nearly 50 chartered states and over 800 local chapters. Our 45,000 plus membership reflects the broad diversity of our nation and the Democratic Party. This includes high school students, college students, young workers, young professionals and young families. All of the members have the interest of their community at heart and work hard to affect the democratic process.
The Young Democrats Virginia Alliance Project (YDA's joint venture with Virginia Young Democrats) is looking for people that want to make a difference in the upcoming Virginia election on November 8th. Volunteers will learn how to run an effective campaign and gain experience in politics.
