Associate of Applied Science Degree

Purpose: The curriculum is designed for persons who seek full-time or part-time employment in a computer related field immediately upon completion of the community college curriculum. Both persons who are seeking their first employment or those presently in the field who are seeking promotion may benefit from this curriculum. Advanced students who have completed college-level computing courses and/or have work experience in a computer related field may have introductory level computer courses waived, if approved by the dean. The approval process may include a credit-by-exam.
