Charlottesville, VA - Piedmont Virginia Community College will host information sessions in December for veterans and service members interested in attending the College and registering for spring semester classes. During the free sessions, attendees can receive help applying for veteran's educational benefits and financial aid, applying to PVCC and selecting a program of study. Important information about enrollment steps, deadlines, PVCC support services and resources will be available.
The veteran information sessions will be held on PVCC's main campus at 501 College Drive in Charlottesville on the following dates:
- Thursday, Dec. 6, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Dec. 8, 10 a.m.-noon

Spring semester classes begin Monday, Jan. 14. Online registration is available on PVCC's Web site at www.pvcc.edu 24 hours a day, seven days a week starting Nov. 26. Early registration is encouraged for the best class selection.
On-campus assistance is available in the Admissions and Advising Center Mondays-Thursdays from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. except for the following holiday closings:
- 3 p.m. Nov. 21-Nov. 25, Thanksgiving Break
- Dec. 22-Jan 2, 2013, Christmas and New Year's
