Showcase Features Dances from Around the World
Charlottesville, VA - Piedmont Virginia Community College and The Blue Ridge Irish Music School present a multicultural dance showcase featuring dances from around the world including Polynesian, Irish, Latin, Classical Indian, Appalachian and more. The showcase will take place Sunday, Nov. 22, at 3 p.m. in the Main Stage Theatre of the V. Earl Dickinson Building. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and students.
Participating dance ensembles include Good Foot Dance Company, The Blue Ridge Irish Music School, The Monticello-Albemarle Step Team, Mou'a Vahine Polynesian Dance Company, Zabor Dance Company, Fata Morgana Bellydance, Mahogany Dance Troupe, Swing Cville and more.
Tickets for the showcase are available by calling the PVCC Box Office at 434.961.5376 and charging them to a VISA or MasterCard, or by purchasing them at Plan 9 Music, Sidetracks and the PVCC Cashier's Office during normal business hours. Tickets can also be purchased at the PVCC Box Office window two hours before the performance.
