Free Movie Night Nov. 20
Charlottesville, Va. - Piedmont Virginia Community College's student art club will present a free screening of Inglourious Basterds, Friday, Nov. 20, at 7:30 p.m. on the Main Stage of the V. Earl Dickinson Building.
The film is set in German-occupied France during World War II and tells the story of two plots to assassinate the Nazi political leadership, one planned by a young French Jewish cinema proprietress, the other by a team of American soldiers called the "Basterds". Directed by Oscar-winner Quentin Tarantino, Inglourious Basterds stars Brad Pitt.
