  • CollegeNET This Web site allows you to search for colleges by state or region, your major, tuition cost and other criteria. Then you may link to the Web site of the colleges identified through your search. Scholarship and financial aid information is available.
  • College Board Online Look here for information about the SAT including a comprehensive guide to preparing for the test.
  • Educational Testing Service Network The Web site of ETS has information about the SAT, GRE and other tests, as well as information about colleges and financial aid.
  • Get Recruited by Colleges and Universities Fill out the online form at this Web site and the information will be sent to colleges and universities in the U.S. Free.
  • Virginia Education Wizard helps students identify career prospects, calculate college costs, apply for financial aid and plan for transfer.
  • SCHEV The Web site of the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia has a wealth of information. To see a list of colleges in Virginia that offer a particular program, click on Students, then College Students, then Choosing a College, then Degree Inventory. Enter the program of interest to see a list of colleges which offer the program in Virginia.
  • College Board School Codes To obtain the College Board code for any high schools and colleges you have attended or will attend, use the online code search, provided by the College Board.
