First Search has databases that can be searched for citations to journals and books.
Internet Resources
Early Childhood Educators' and Family Web Corner has access to resources for child care providers, information about child development and resources for curricular activities.
National Child Care Information Center has child care information for providers, policymakers, parents and organizations. Web site information includes child care research, a list of publications and demographic information related to child care by state.
The Children's Literature Web Guide has lists of winners of children's book awards, stories and authors on the web, as well as journals and book reviews.
Games Kids Play has rules for many children's games.
International Children's Digital Library is a five-year project funded by the National Science Foundation and the Institute for Museum and Library Services to create a digital library of international children's books.
