Cost

• $9.4 million (est.) for construction
• $11.4 million (est.) for entire project (design, construction, traffic roundabout, furnishings, equipment, etc.)

Funding

• State of Virginia general funds, including $5 million from the 2002 General Obligation Bond package and $880,000 from Old Dominion University
• $600,000 for site work and traffic roundabout generously contributed by localities in PVCC's service region - the City of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Green, Louisa and Nelson
• $100,000 from the Perry Foundation for equipment
