A Career Expo is held for 7th grade students each fall. This year's Expo was held November 15 & 16, 2012, at U.Va.'s John Paul Jones Arena. The Expo, sponsored the schools of Albemarle, Charlottesville, Fluvanna, Greene and Nelson in collaboration with the PIEDMONT FUTURES program at PVCC, provides nearly 2,000 students with the opportunity to explore careers hands-on through interactive displays hosted by over 40 area businesses.
