TheGrade Center is dynamic, flexible and is an interactive tool with a Web 2.0 interface. The Grade Center replaces the Gradebook in previous Blackboard versions.

Content Area
Content Areas (i.e. Course Documents) can be customized by changing their names through the Control Panel in Manage Course Menu.
Note: "Content Collection" is the new name for "Content System."

New Discussion Board Features:
- Search box is collapsible
- View forums through the Tree View or a List View
- Discussion forums can be subscribed to
- Replies can include the original message quote
- Text label tags can be created and applied to forum messages
- Messages are all marked as unread
