PVCC requires an official copy of your high school transcript onlyif you:

• Are interested in nursing, surgical tech, emergency medical services programs or other health care programs.
• Wish to apply for scholarships or grants.

COLLEGE CREDIT: If you have previously attended a college outside of the Virginia Community College System and would like credit at PVCC for your previous coursework, PVCC requires an official copy of your college transcript.

NOTE: In addition to the transcript/s, it is necessary to complete and submit a Transcript Evaluation Request Form (available on line) in order to have both VCCS and outside college credits evaluated.
