Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
During hours of operation, members of the community may use our computers to complete the online application to PVCC, as well as register and pay online for courses using a credit card.
Required Information Sessions About the Culinary Arts Associate Degree for Fall Enrollment
All sessions will be held at the Jefferson School City Center at 233 4th St., NW, in downtown Charlottesville.
Attendance is required at one of these sessions for any new student wishing to begin culinary studies. Learn about the degree curriculum and how it can launch your culinary career. Attendees will tour PVCC's state-of-the art teaching facilities, meet Associate Professor of Culinary Arts Eric Breckoff and meet currently enrolled students.

Current Student Culinary Advising/Dissemination of Fall Permission Numbers: Students currently enrolled in culinary classes will receive advising on course selection for fall, select culinary class times and receive permission numbers during this session.
