The PVCC Jefferson School Center houses PVCC Culinary Arts Programs and is the home for Community Self-Sufficiency Programs. Community Self-Sufficiency Programs provide short-term training in high-demand fields such as health care, that prepare job seekers for quality jobs in our community and connect them to the supports they need to advance in their career.

CULINARY ARTS ADVISING AND INFORMATION SESSIONS NOW SCHEDULED FOR THE UPCOMING SPRING SEMESTER.
New students interested in beginning PVCC's Culinary Arts degree program are required to attend one of the free information sessions listed below in order to enroll. The session will cover class descriptions, tips for success in the program, student materials and supplies, and instructions for registering for classes. Attendees will tour PVCC's culinary teaching facilities and meet Associate Professor of Culinary Arts, Eric Breckoff. Currently enrolled culinary program students may contact Chef Breckoff directly to schedule a one on one advising session. All sessions are held at PVCC Jefferson School Center, Room J112, 233 4th St., NW, in downtown Charlottesville.
