Call for Outstanding Alums!

(December 9, 2015)--The PVCC Educational Foundation has launched a new initiative to recognize outstanding PVCC alumni who have gained noteworthy success in their careers and who have made a positive difference for others through their success.

The initiative invites alumni to share their professional success stories with PVCC so that they can be recognized in a variety of ways. Outstanding alumni submissions will be featured on the PVCC website and in college publications. In addition, one outstanding alum will be selected annually by a committee to receive special recognition during the college’s commencement ceremony.

“We encourage alumni to provide us information on their career success as a way to keep in touch with their classmates and faculty that they knew at PVCC,” said PVCC Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Development Jim Ross. “We also encourage this as a way to provide even greater awareness of the excellent foundation for career success that PVCC provides through outstanding instruction and services for our students.”

Alumni can share their success stories with PVCC by writing a few paragraphs with their career highlights and their contact information and emailing this to Nominations of outstanding alumni from friends and family are also welcome. For more information, please call 434.961.5226, or email .
